About Bridges Health & Community Care
Bridges Health & Community Care is a Bundaberg-based charity operating since 1997 across the Bundaberg, North Burnett and Fraser Coast regions. Its DARTS program provides community-based alcohol and other drug assessment, trauma-informed counselling, withdrawal management and harm reduction for people wanting to reduce or stop use, including those with mental health concerns. People may self-refer, or be referred by a GP, hospital service, agency or family. Queensland Health funds the program.
