A free public alcohol and other drugs service run by Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service from 8 Aplin Street in central Cairns. It provides counselling, withdrawal management, a needle and syringe program, opioid treatment and support groups to individuals, families and groups across the Cairns and hinterland region. No referral is required and new clients are asked to contact the Aplin Street office first. Weekdays only.
