RehabFinder Australia is an independent directory and enquiry service. We help visitors find information about rehabilitation providers and request a response. We do not provide medical advice, treatment or emergency services.

If you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, state, preferred contact time, message and the provider you asked about. Please provide only the information needed for us to respond.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, help identify relevant provider options, operate the service and maintain basic records of enquiries. We do not sell personal enquiry details as a standalone product.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, receive forms and deliver communications. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Enquiries submitted through this website are processed using Formspree.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve the directory. Google Analytics may process standard website and device information. Enquiry form fields are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Storage and disclosure
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations and service security. We may disclose information where required by law, to service providers supporting the service, or with your consent.
