Put the details side by side.

CHOOSE WHO TO CONTACT

You decide who hears from you.

For the 71 privately owned residential and detox services, an enquiry goes through us to that one provider. Every other service you contact directly — their phone number and email are on the profile and we take no part in it.

WHAT AN ENQUIRY IS

A request for one provider to call you back. It is not an application, it does not hold a bed, and it commits you to nothing. The provider assesses whether they can help — we never do.

HOW WE MAKE MONEY

And what it does
not buy.

Privately owned residential rehab and detox services pay a subscription to receive enquiries through RehabFinder. That is the whole business model.

It does not buy position in search results, inclusion in the directory, a better price band, or the removal of anything unflattering. Ranking is by how well a service matches what you asked for and how much it has published — never by what it pays.

Publicly funded services pay nothing and never will. They are listed on exactly the same terms, and we take no part in enquiries to them.

Corrections are free for every service, whether they pay us or not.
