A small private Gold Coast service for adults with chemical or behavioural addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. It runs a live-in short stay program of 7 to 90 days in a beachfront house taking a maximum of five clients, with daily one-on-one counselling, family sessions and aftercare.
Private rooms onlyA small private residential service on the Gold Coast, branded The Hermitage Centre, offering supervised drug and alcohol withdrawal, longer-stay rehabilitation and mental health or NDIS respite in a non-clinical home setting at an undisclosed address.
Goldbridge is a Southport therapeutic community for people aged 21 and over with significant alcohol or other drug harm. The nominal program runs six months with structured exit points at one and four months, delivered mainly through peer group therapy plus biopsychosocial education and living skills groups.
A private psychiatric and rehabilitation hospital at Robina on the Gold Coast, operated by Aurora Healthcare. It provides inpatient and day mental health admissions, a medical and rehabilitation ward, day surgery and outpatient TMS.

Gold Coast treatment splits along two lines. On the publicly funded side, Gold Coast Health runs the Alcohol and Other Drugs Service from Southport, headspace Southport works with young people, Kalwun Health Service delivers a social and emotional wellbeing program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients at Varsity Lakes, and Goldbridge and Mirikai run longer residential programs with government funding behind them. On the private side, Currumbin Clinic and Robina Private Hospital provide inpatient programs billed through private health insurance, and a small number of privately funded residential services operate in the hinterland suburbs. Bed availability, intake days and waiting times change constantly and are not published here - confirm them with the service.
