The Northern Territory Government's public hospital for Central Australia, at 6 Gap Road, The Gap. On its alcohol and drug service list the Government records the hospital's role as medical supervision and monitoring of patients withdrawing from alcohol and other drugs, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The emergency department takes patients without an appointment. Specialist community alcohol and drug treatment in Alice Springs is delivered separately by the ADSCA Clinic.
