About Ballarat Community Health - Alcohol and Other Drug Services
Ballarat Community Health runs the region's non-residential alcohol and other drug service from its Sebastopol centre and other Ballarat sites. It offers individual counselling, family support, care and recovery coordination for complex needs, withdrawal assessment for home-based or residential detox, nurse practitioner-led opioid replacement and nicotine replacement therapy, a needle and syringe program, and youth outreach for 12 to 25 year olds. A free eight-week day rehabilitation program, Making A Change, is also run.
