About Bunjilwarra Koori Youth Alcohol and Drug Healing Service
A purpose-built 12 bed residential alcohol and other drug rehabilitation and healing service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 16 to 25, on a 1.7 hectare site at Hastings on the Mornington Peninsula. It is run by the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service with Youth Support and Advocacy Service and funded by the Victorian Government as a statewide service. The program runs in five stages, from joining through to reconnecting with community, and entry is voluntary.
