About Catalyst Hobart
Catalyst Hobart is a free non-residential day rehabilitation program run by Uniting Vic.Tas at 2 Swan Street, North Hobart. Adults aged 18 and over attend daytime group sessions over about six weeks, combining cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, recreation and sessions on nutrition, health, mindfulness and relaxation, with some content delivered online. Participants must have completed withdrawal before starting. A separate youth stream runs for young people, and peer support continues after completion.
