THE SERVICE
This is Murrumbidgee Local Health District's specialist community mental health and drug and alcohol team for Deniliquin, based on Cressy Street. It provides assessment, treatment and support for people with severe or complex mental health problems and drug and alcohol dependence, including opioid treatment with methadone and buprenorphine, family and carer support, and outreach to surrounding communities. Virtual care is available. Referral is required through the district AccessLine or a GP. Non-residential.
