Flinders Medical Centre is a South Australian public teaching hospital at Bedford Park, run by the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network and open since 1976. It has no standalone alcohol and other drug treatment unit. Drug and Alcohol Services South Australia runs a hospital drug and alcohol consultation liaison service on the site for admitted patients, and one of its three obstetric units for substance-using pregnant women. Community alcohol and drug appointments for southern Adelaide are held at Morphett Vale, not here.
