THE SERVICE
Fullarton Clinic is a 60-bed private psychiatric hospital in Epping, opposite the Northern Hospital, which opened in October 2025 and is operated by Luminar Health. It admits adults for mental health treatment and for a 28-day addiction recovery program that includes medical detox, and also runs day programs, outpatient psychiatric consulting, TMS, ECT and esketamine treatment. Patients stay in private suites with ensuites. Admission is by referral, funded mainly through private health insurance.

The Salvation Army states the service is situated on Wurundjeri lands and offers structured therapeutic interventions in a residential setting.
