Grampians Community Health is a not-for-profit community health service operating under the Victorian Health Services Act, with its Horsham office on Hamilton Street. Its free alcohol and drug streams cover specialist AOD counselling from age 16, the eight-week Making a Change non-residential day rehabilitation program for adults, youth outreach to age 25, a needle and syringe program, and home-based withdrawal delivered with Uniting Vic Tas.
