headspace Ashfield is a free non-residential youth health centre in Sydney's inner west for people aged 12 to 25, operated by New Horizons Enterprises Limited and commissioned by Central Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network. It provides counselling, general practice, sexual health screening, alcohol and other drug support, work and study assistance and an Individual Placement and Support program. It opened in 2015 and moved to Level 2, 320 Liverpool Road, officially opened April 2026. It is not a crisis service.
