headspace Hurstville is a free non-residential centre for people aged 12 to 25 in southern Sydney, operated by Stride Mental Health. It provides counselling with psychologists and social workers, GP and sexual health appointments, alcohol and other drug support, work and study assistance, telehealth for those who cannot attend, and social groups. Walk-ins are accepted, though phoning ahead to book is preferred.
