About headspace Nowra
A free youth health centre in central Nowra for people aged 12 to 25, operated by Grand Pacific Health under the headspace model. It provides mental health counselling, psychology and psychiatry, alcohol and other drug support, sexual health, dietetics, and work and study assistance, with peer workers and a youth reference group. Young people can drop in on weekdays or self-refer by phone; GPs and services refer by form. Video sessions run through Attend Anywhere.
