THE SERVICE
A small private residential addiction service in Daylesford, Victoria, operating a 28-day program on a Monday-to-Friday residential cycle with clients returning home to family at weekends. Treatment covers alcohol, cocaine, amphetamine and prescription drug dependence and combines one-to-one therapy, CBT and DBT groups, medical review and a family therapy program. Accommodation is private rooms with ensuites. Fees are paid privately; no health-fund billing.

It takes adults aged 18 and over who have already completed a withdrawal program, and runs a three-month phased therapeutic community program that can be extended.
Apartments or unitsA Salvation Army residential rehabilitation program at the Bendigo site on Mundy Street, entered through Gate 3, run as part of Northern Victoria Alcohol and Other Drugs Services. The Bridge Program is published as a state-wide six-week residential program for people aged 18 to 30 addressing substance use.
An eight-bed voluntary residential unit run by Bendigo Health Mental Health Services at North Bendigo for adults with co-occurring mental illness and alcohol or other drug dependency. Residents must have a lead clinician in a Bendigo Health community mental health team.
Wyndham Clinic Private Hospital is a private psychiatric hospital in Werribee with a separate drug and alcohol inpatient unit taking a maximum of twelve patients at a time.
