TREATMENT SERVICE
THE SERVICE
A free community alcohol and other drug service run by St John of God Health Care and funded by the WA Mental Health Commission. It offers assessment, counselling, treatment and referral to people aged 12 and over, face to face or by telehealth, from a main office in South Bunbury with outreach to Manjimup, Bridgetown, Collie, Busselton, Margaret River and Harvey. Medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence is available to adults.
Published as not offered here: residential rehabilitation.
Ask the admissions team how withdrawal would be handled and how a transfer into treatment works.
CARE & DAILY LIFE
Ask about staff qualifications, medication policy, accessibility and any specific support needs before you decide. Almost no service in this directory publishes what it will and will not admit.
COST
We hold what this service publishes, and we do not put a price at the top of a profile for the public to sort on. The cheapest service on a page is rarely the right one for a particular person, and a quote that comes with the conversation about what is included is worth more than a band. Professional referrers see the figures in their workspace.

ONGOING SUPPORT
Details of ongoing support are not published here. Ask the service what support is available when your treatment ends.
PROFESSIONAL ENDORSEMENTS
Endorsements come from registered professionals — psychologists, addiction GPs, lawyers, social workers — who have referred someone here and put their name to what happened. None yet does not mean poor ones: it means nobody has written one.

No reviews here does not mean poor reviews. It means this service has not activated reviews on RehabFinder. Claiming a profile is free for every service; going and asking the people who enquired here and attended is part of what a subscribing private provider pays for. Anyone can still write about any service, and it publishes here the day reviews go live.
Compiled by RehabFinder from this service’s own published material and public records, including sjog.org.au. The provider has not claimed this profile, so nothing here has been confirmed by them. Anything marked “not published” means exactly that — we do not guess. Corrections are free: admin@rehabfinder.com.au.
Last checked against the service’s own material on 7 September 2026. Services change what they offer, so confirm anything that decides your choice.
