Teen Challenge Queensland's New Life Centre is a voluntary residential rehabilitation service on a rural property near Toowoomba, taking men aged 18 to 45 and women aged 18 to 39 in separate facilities. Case workers provide individual support within a Christian framework, with general practitioners and mental health professionals engaged under contract for case management. Family contact is restricted at first, then opens to visits and weekend leave. Aftercare mentoring follows the residential stay.
