Tharawal Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal community controlled health service at Airds in the Macarthur region of south-western Sydney. Its Social and Emotional Wellbeing team delivers non-residential alcohol and other drug support alongside counselling, psychology, mental health, youth and social support, taking self-referrals and referrals from other services across the Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee local government areas. Primary health care, dental, maternal and child health and family programs run from the same site.

A public outpatient opioid treatment service run by South Western Sydney Local Health District from lower-level Building D at Campbelltown Hospital. It provides opioid pharmacotherapy dosing each morning and a stabilisation clinic for people dependent on heroin and other opioids.
A free youth health centre on Level 8, 171-179 Queen Street, Campbelltown, operated by One Door Mental Health, the trading name of Schizophrenia Fellowship of New South Wales Ltd, and funded by the Commonwealth through South Western Sydney PHN.
The Medical and Withdrawal Unit sits on Odyssey House NSW's Ingleburn campus and provides supervised withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs, usually over two to five days, as the entry point to the organisation's residential program.
