About The Buttery - Maintenance to Abstinence (MTA) Program
A three-month residential program at The Buttery's Binna Burra site for NSW residents aged 18 and over who are on an opioid substitute maintenance program and want to move to abstinence. Participants must already be in treatment under medical supervision. The program runs inside the Therapeutic Community, with group therapy, counselling and education, and can be extended into the longer Therapeutic Community program. Twelve months of aftercare follows.
