About The Salvation Army Gold Coast Recovery Services Centre (Fairhaven)
Fairhaven is The Salvation Army's residential alcohol and other drug centre at Eagle Heights on Mount Tamborine, serving the Gold Coast. It runs a 56-bed residential rehabilitation program of about three months for adults 18 and over, and an 11-bed withdrawal management unit for mild to moderate withdrawal where stays are generally seven days. Residents have their own room with shared bathrooms. Non-residential day programs, SMART Recovery groups and family peer support are also offered. Intake and assessment run through the Pathways office at Southport.
