A residential therapeutic community at Nambour on the Sunshine Coast run by We Help Ourselves for men and women aged 18 and over with alcohol and other drug dependence. Residents live in separate gender bungalows on one site and follow a drug free program of four to six months built around daily groups in drug education, relapse prevention, communication and self esteem, harm reduction education, computer skills, exercise and recreation. Withdrawal must be arranged before admission.
