About Barwon Therapeutic Community

Barwon Therapeutic Community is Windana's 30-bed residential rehabilitation site at Corio, about 10km from central Geelong. It takes adults aged 18 and over who have already completed a withdrawal program, and runs a three-month phased therapeutic community program that can be extended. Days combine therapeutic and educational groups, case management, art and writing, naturopathy and nutrition, exercise and rostered work groups, followed by an aftercare phase.
