About Windana Youth Community House
Windana Youth Community House is Windana's residential alcohol and other drug withdrawal service in Dandenong for people aged up to 25. Stays run about ten to fourteen days in a house with shared bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, gym and backyard. Clients get support from a nurse and a local doctor, counselling toward their own goals, and education on harm reduction, relapse prevention and high-risk situations. The service is free and referrals are taken by phone or email on weekdays.
