Yaandina's Low Med Detox is a residential low-medical withdrawal service in Roebourne, in the Pilbara, run by the charity Yaandina Community Services Limited and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It offers a short stay - a published minimum of five nights, averaging 18 days in 2024-25 - for people withdrawing from alcohol or other drugs, with rest, food and education about support options. Most clients go on to Yaandina's Turner River Rehabilitation Centre.
