About Access Health and Community - Hawthorn

The Hawthorn centre of Access Health and Community, a not-for-profit community health organisation in Melbourne's inner east. It delivers free alcohol and other drug counselling alongside general practice, mental health, allied health and headspace Hawthorn. The AOD program offers individual counselling, family therapy, group and peer support, care coordination and referral to residential withdrawal and rehabilitation. No Medicare card or referral is required. Open weekdays.
