THE SERVICE
Better Health Network runs free alcohol and other drug services across southern Melbourne for people aged 16 and over who live, work or have a connection to Port Phillip, Stonnington, Glen Eira, Kingston or Bayside. It provides individual and family counselling, outreach and case management, nurse-delivered withdrawal in the person's home, pharmacotherapy support, naloxone supply and training, and centre-based and mobile needle and syringe services. Counselling runs from Prahran, South Melbourne, St Kilda, Parkdale, Chelsea and Bentleigh East.

Windana's withdrawal services cover three streams. Wattle Grove at St Kilda East is a residential adult unit offering supported withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs over roughly seven to fourteen days, staffed by nurses, AOD clinicians, an addiction medicine specialist and a naturopath.
Addiction Solutions Victoria is a Melbourne incorporated association formed in 2015 that delivers non-residential alcohol and drug programs, mostly online, from a by-appointment office in Malvern.
headspace Hawthorn is a non-residential youth mental health centre for people aged 12 to 25 and their families, run as lead agency by Access Health and Community Limited at the Hawthorn Arts Centre on Burwood Road.
