Carbal is an Aboriginal community controlled health organisation established in 2002 with clinics across Toowoomba and Warwick. Its addiction support program, based at 632 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba City, provides talk therapy and case management for alcohol, drugs, tobacco and vaping, gambling and medicinal cannabis. A counsellor and an alcohol and other drugs support worker take referrals from doctors, agencies, families and self-referral.
