About Communify Qld - Springboard Alcohol and Other Drugs Program

Springboard is an 18-week community based day treatment program run by Communify Queensland for adults aged 18 and over with co-occurring alcohol and other drug and mental health difficulties. A six-week intensive group phase is followed by twelve weeks of individual support and peer group access, using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework with gym exercise, yoga, dietitian sessions and mindfulness. It is a post-detox alternative to residential rehabilitation; participants must already be detoxed or stabilised on replacement therapy.
