Anglicare Southern Queensland provides non-residential alcohol and other drug counselling delivered face to face, by phone and by Microsoft Teams across multiple Queensland sites. Counsellors offer trauma-informed psychosocial support, harm reduction and relapse prevention addressing mental health, family and social issues alongside substance use. Named programs include a Mothers Program for new and expectant mothers, a Townsville public intoxication program, and voluntary and court-ordered drug diversion. Self and practitioner referrals are accepted.
