About Gippsland Youth Residential Withdrawal and Rehabilitation Program (GYRWP/GYRRP)
The Gippsland Youth Residential Withdrawal and Rehabilitation Program is Uniting Vic.Tas's purpose-built youth alcohol and other drug facility in Traralgon, opened in 2022. It runs a sixteen-week program for people aged 16 to 25, beginning with residential withdrawal and continuing into residential rehabilitation. The provider publishes 24-hour staffing, individual and group counselling, mental health counselling four days a week, physical activity, cultural connection and participation in AA and NA. Access is by agency referral only.
