Latrobe Regional Health, formerly Latrobe Regional Hospital, is the Victorian public health service for the Latrobe Valley at 10 Village Avenue, Traralgon. It publishes 321 beds, a 24 hour emergency department and a catchment of more than 290,000 people. Its mental health services cover all age groups, and the six-bed Mitchell Unit is a low-stimulation emergency short-stay area for mental health and drug presentations, with stays up to 72 hours. No alcohol and drug treatment or pharmacotherapy service is published.

It runs a sixteen-week program for people aged 16 to 25, beginning with residential withdrawal and continuing into residential rehabilitation.
Shared rooms onlyMaryknoll Therapeutic Community is Windana's 77-bed residential rehabilitation service on a 40-acre property at Maryknoll, about 15 minutes from Pakenham. It takes people aged 18 and over who have completed a withdrawal program.
A men's residential rehabilitation program in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, run by Betel Australia Ltd and founded on Christian principles. It takes men of all ages with drug or alcohol addiction, anxiety, fear or emotional trauma across two properties holding up to 40 residents.
St John of God Langmore Centre is a 60-bed private mental health hospital at Berwick in south east Melbourne, opened in August 2022 to replace the Pinelodge Clinic at Dandenong. It admits voluntary patients aged 18 and over for inpatient, day patient and outpatient care.
