About Goldfields Rehabilitation Services - Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing is the step-down stage of the Goldfields Rehabilitation Services program in Kalgoorlie. Residents complete a mandatory two week stay before graduating, then may stay up to twelve months in a male or a female house at $300 a fortnight. Continued residency depends on monthly assessment, program participation and random urine and breath testing. Residents keep the support of rehabilitation staff and are encouraged into group work and employment.

Who they help: Graduates of the GRSI residential rehabilitation program who are assessed as suitable to continue in supported accommodation while reintegrating into the community and employment
