About GROW Residential Rehabilitation Program
GROW's residential rehabilitation centre at West Hoxton in south-west Sydney takes up to 18 adults aged 18 and over who have a mental health diagnosis, with or without a co-existing alcohol or drug problem, and who have already withdrawn elsewhere. The program runs for twelve months and sometimes longer. It is peer-led and built on GROW's twelve-step mutual-help method, with group work, substance use education, living skills and house meetings on a seven-acre farm property, followed by Grow Groups, transition housing and phone support.
