headspace Ipswich is a non-residential youth health centre for people aged 12 to 25, operated by Stride Mental Health as lead agency at 26 East Street, Ipswich. It provides mental health counselling and psychology, social work and occupational therapy, on-site GP services, alcohol and other drug support, sexual health screening, and work and study assistance. Drop-ins are accepted and telehealth appointments are available. It opens weekdays, with a late Monday.
