headspace Melton is a non-residential youth health centre for people aged 12 to 25, operated by Orygen at Melton Station Square in Melton South. It provides mental health counselling, alcohol and other drug support, sexual health screening, and work and study support, with a GP on site Mondays and Tuesdays and telehealth appointments available. Group programs include a social group for 12 to 18 year olds and Tuning Into Teens for parents. Services are free or bulk billed.

An inpatient alcohol and drug withdrawal unit within Bacchus Marsh and Melton Regional Hospital, operated by Western Health. It admits public patients under the Medicare Agreement and private patients, at nil cost to the client.
CatholicCare Victoria runs a free, non-residential alcohol and other drug counselling service from its Wyndham Vale office at 510 Ballan Road. It offers an AOD assessment, individual counselling for the person using substances and for affected family members, and referral to other agencies.
A free community health alcohol and other drug service run by Omnia Community Health, the organisation formed on 1 January 2026 when Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health merged with Nexus Primary Health.
IPC Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation in Melbourne's west. Its alcohol and other drugs service provides free counselling and care coordination to people aged 16 and over living in Brimbank, Wyndham or Hobsons Bay, and to family members affected by someone else's use.
