A free headspace centre for young people aged 12 to 25 at Thuringowa Central in Townsville, delivered by the charity Stride Mental Health, which became lead provider in August 2022. The centre offers mental health support and counselling, doctor consultations, sexual health screening, alcohol and other drug services, work and study support, and youth programs. Young people can self-refer by phone or online form, or come through a doctor or other professional.
