A free community health alcohol and drug service in Coburg run by Merri Community Health Services Limited, which now trades as Holstep Health after merging with Banyule Community Health. The Victoria Street site offers counselling, treatment and care planning, a day rehabilitation program for people with substance use and mental health needs, peer support groups and a needle and syringe program. Dedicated streams serve LGBTIQA+ clients aged 16 and over and young people aged 16 to 24.
