A VincentCare Victoria site in North Melbourne combining crisis, extended and independent-living accommodation for adults experiencing homelessness with a walk-in Homelessness Resource Centre. On-site supports include a GP clinic, dentistry, nursing, podiatry, optometry, legal information and Centrelink services. The STAR program operates from the site, delivering one-to-one alcohol and other drug counselling and care and recovery coordination to voluntary and mandated forensic clients aged 18 and over, with outreach capacity.
