Kullaroo Clinic is the Gosford site of Central Coast Local Health District's opioid treatment program, providing methadone and buprenorphine dosing, case management and support for people aged 18 and over on the Central Coast. Referral is through the district's drug and alcohol central intake line on weekdays. The wider service also offers counselling, a cannabis clinic, a needle and syringe program, MERIT court diversion and Aboriginal consultancy; inpatient withdrawal is at Wyong, not Gosford.
