Central Coast Local Health District runs the public alcohol and other drug service for the Gosford and Wyong region. A single clinician-staffed intake line assesses callers and refers them into counselling, the Maruma-li 15-bed inpatient withdrawal unit at Wyong Hospital, opioid treatment dosing at the Kullaroo and Wallama clinics, a cannabis clinic, a pregnancy and parenting program, a youth team and the MERIT court diversion program.
