About Midland Withdrawal & Intervention Centre
The Midland Withdrawal & Intervention Centre is Cyrenian House's six-bed residential low medical withdrawal service in Midland, Perth, opened in 2021. It takes people over 18 withdrawing from alcohol and other drugs for a maximum of twenty-one days, either before entering residential rehabilitation or before returning to the community. The centre provides a supervised home-like environment, 24-hour residential care, needs assessment and treatment planning, and assertive referral into counselling, support and residential treatment services.
