About New ROADS Residential Rehabilitation (Riverland)
The Riverland arm of Uniting Communities' New ROADS residential rehabilitation program, for people aged 21 and over with alcohol and other drug problems. Participants live in a shared house while working on a treatment plan, with weekly individual and group counselling. SA Health lists Berri as the regional residential rehabilitation location for the Riverland; the residence address itself is not published and the address shown is the intake and contact point. Uniting Communities states the program is based on a five-month stay but is flexible, and that most people complete a detox program beforehand although this is not always necessary. No referral is required and a cost applies, available on request.
