About Nunkuwarrin Yunti
Nunkuwarrin Yunti is an Aboriginal community controlled health organisation in Adelaide. Its drug and alcohol work is delivered by the Harm Minimisation Team for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 18 and over: a weekday mobile needle and syringe program in the CBD, education on blood borne viruses and safer injecting, case management, referral and advocacy. Free counselling, a weekday GP clinic and a monthly visiting psychiatrist run from the same site. No residential or withdrawal service.
