A free public outpatient alcohol and other drug service run by Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District for adults over 18 who live in the district and are affected by their own or another person's substance use. The Penrith clinic sits within Penrith Community Health Centre and offers assessment, case management, counselling, psychology, relapse prevention groups and referral. Inpatient withdrawal, opioid treatment and youth services are delivered at other district sites.
