Inspiro is a Yarra Ranges community health service operating from 17 Clarke Street, Lilydale and a second site at Belgrave. Its Mental Health and AoD team provides free counselling and care coordination for alcohol and other drug use alongside anxiety, depression, trauma, family violence, grief and relationship difficulties, with stepped care delivered in partnership with Steps Mental Health. A drop-in needle and syringe program operates at Lilydale on weekdays. There is no residential or withdrawal component.
