The public alcohol and other drug intake, assessment and treatment service for inner-east Melbourne, run by Turning Point within Eastern Health. From its Box Hill site it takes self-referrals by phone and walk-in, plans treatment, and refers into withdrawal units, residential rehabilitation, counselling and mutual aid. Specialist pharmacotherapy, addiction medicine and addiction psychiatry clinics and an Aboriginal AOD service run from the same building. Open to adults 18 and over. Free.

1 East is an eight-bed inpatient withdrawal unit operated by Turning Point within Box Hill Hospital. Turning Point states it provides high quality medical and nursing support for patients withdrawing from alcohol or other drugs, for stays of up to seven days. The service is free.
Wellington House is a 12-bed community residential unit operated by Turning Point at Box Hill, providing residential withdrawal and stabilisation for people withdrawing from alcohol and other drugs. Turning Point states stays are up to four weeks and that the service is free.
Reset My Future is a private, non-residential 12-week addiction program based in Hawthorn, Melbourne and delivered online across Australia, with face-to-face sessions available at its Melbourne office.
