About Omnia Community Health - Alcohol and Other Drugs Support (formerly Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health)
A free community health alcohol and other drug service run by Omnia Community Health, the organisation formed on 1 January 2026 when Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health merged with Nexus Primary Health. It offers AOD assessment, individual and family counselling, outreach counselling for people aged 12 to 25, a fortnightly group for neurodivergent adults, a needle and syringe program, and forensic counselling for people referred by ACSO COATS. Sessions run about an hour; withdrawal is arranged through external units.
