About Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation
Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal community controlled primary health care service running clinics across nine communities east of Katherine. Its Social and Emotional Wellbeing program is the only alcohol and drug related service it publishes: community-based counselling, case management, group activities and referral for any Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person with a mental health, alcohol or drug issue. Referrals come from GPs, schools, AOD and mental health services, or self-referral. No residential or withdrawal service is offered.
